Layered between are a rich hazelnut mousseline and silky diplomat cream, enhanced by the delightful crunch of caramelised hazelnuts. Slice into it to reveal a luscious sea salt hazelnut praline that gently flows forth. With its interplay of rich flavours and contrasting textures, each bite delivers a symphony of hazelnut sensations.

• Once the deduction is successful, hotel team member will present the complimentary pastry to the customer at the Cake Shop.
