This exquisite tart is crafted with pure, floral honey sourced from a local apiary in Hong Kong, where bees are nurtured through natural and ecological practices to produce authentic, unadulterated honey. The crisp tart shell encases a harmonious filling of vanilla chantilly, lemon curd, honey cream, lemon confit and almond cream. The surface is piped with pleasantly tangy cream, crowned with a radiant citrus confit and sprinkled with finger lime pulps. A gentle bite releases a citrusy burst that awakens the senses, bringing you a delightful sweet escape.

Contains dairy and gluten. 3 days advance order is required. Self-pickup only.

Terms and Conditions:
• The offer is applicable to a maximum of 10 pastries per order.
• At least 3 days advance booking is required.
• Customers must present and settle payment with any eligible Hang Seng Credit Cards to enjoy the offer.
• Hotel team member will process the redemption by deducting $1 +FUN Dollar from the customer’s account via the Hang Seng Bank POS machine.
• Once the deduction is successful, hotel team member will present the complimentary pastry to the customer at the Cake Shop.
• Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Members’ credit card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Member cannot enjoy this offer if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is inadequate.
