  • Advance seat reservation is required at least 3 days prior to the event.
  • Guests with reservations made at the special rates for Pacific Place Apartment residents, in-house guests, and Hilton Honors members are required to present verification upon arrival.
  • Window seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • For non-window seating reservations, Hotel will direct guests to a Harbour View guestroom during the fireworks display.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control, leading to a cancellation of the fireworks by the government at least 24 hours prior to the event, Hotel will arrange a refund of the prepayment.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control, leading to a cancellation of the firework by the government within 24 hours of the event, the event will proceed as planned and the prepayment will not be refunded.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control that cause an unfavorable view of the fireworks, Hotel will provide the best possible alternatives, and the prepayment will not be refunded.
  • A redemption e-Voucher with a QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the date, time and location specified. Invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
  • All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
  • Due to operational capacity, the operating hours of hotel restaurants and dining venues may change from time to time.
