• Redemption e-Voucher(s) with QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the date, time and location specified. Any invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
• All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Restaurant reservation is required by phone at 2521 3838 , email at hkghc_GoldenLeaf@conradhotels.com or via www.conraddining.com at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Guests are recommended to check with the restaurant for seat availability before purchase. Please inform our reservation staff of your e-Voucher(s) number or enter it a remark in the Reservation Notes field on website when making your reservation.
• Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
• Due to operational capability, operation hours of hotel restaurants or dining venue may change from time to time.
• Please inform us of any food related allergies when placing your food order.
