The quintessential Mid-Autumn Festival snack is baked with a dough incorporated with inverted sugar syrup to ensure the crust is thin and soft. A wash of Chinese rose liquor and egg yolk on the surface gives the pastries a golden sheen. The silky lotus seed paste is moderately sweetened to provide balance to the salted egg yolk.

The mooncake set includes 6 pcs of white lotus seed paste mooncake with egg yolk.
