Garden Café has launched a Self-Serviced Nourishing Salad Bar Concept – “Salad-A-Day”. Spread across a fully packed counter are close to 60 types of seafood, organic and hydroponically grown vegetables, vegan foods and dressings, all of the key components to create a delicious and wholesome lunch, plus a daily soup fueling guests up before they set off for their afternoon routines.
