• Price displayed is inclusive of 10% service charge of original price.
• Redemption e-Voucher(s) with QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the date, time and location specified. Any invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
• All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
• Indoor/Outdoor seating will be assigned based on restaurant’s availability.
• Due to operational capability, operation hours of hotel restaurants or dining venue may change from time to time.

• Please inform us of any food related allergies when placing your food order.
