• Redemption e-Voucher(s) with QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the selected pick-up/delivery date, time and location specified. Any invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
• All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The person may be required to present identification for proof of age upon pick up or the order shall be withdrawn.
• Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
• Hilton Honors Member Dining Benefits or Bonus Points, Conrad VIP Card, gift certificate/voucher and any other special offer/discounts/promotion are not applicable to this purchase.
• Conrad Hong Kong reserves the right to replace the order with alternative item(s) of similar value if the item ordered is unavailable.
