• All the cakes and confectionaries contain dairy products (such as milk, cream or butter), eggs and gluten unless otherwise specified.
• Cakes and confectionaries have to be consumed on the day of redemption.
• Please inform us of any food related allergies when placing your food order.
• Redemption e-Voucher(s) with QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the date, time and location specified. Any invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
• All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
• All photos are for reference only. Actual products may vary due to availability and product enhancement.
• Hilton Honors Member Dining Benefits or Bonus Points, Conrad VIP Card, gift certificate/voucher and any other special offer/discounts/promotion are not applicable to this purchase.
• Conrad Hong Kong reserves the right to replace the order with alternative item(s) of similar value if the item ordered is unavailable.
• In case of any dispute, Conrad Hong Kong reserves the right for final decision.
