Any changes must be notified to the Health Club at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments will be canceled if guests are absent or arrive more than 30 minutes late.
For safety reasons, massage treatments are not suitable for women who are more than 4 weeks pregnant, children aged 15 or below, seniors aged 65 or above, or anyone with special health conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy.
When booking a massage experience, please inform the Health Club of any health conditions such as hypertension, pregnancy, allergies, or other injuries to avoid affecting your service. The Conrad Hong Kong will not be responsible for any adverse reactions caused by the massage service.
