• Operating hours of the swimming pool are subject to change based on the weather condition.
• Redemption e-Voucher(s) with QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the date, time and location specified. Any invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
• Reservation is required by phone at 2521 3838 or email at hkghc_healthclub@conradhotels.com  at least 48 hours prior to your visit. Please inform our reservation staff of your e-Voucher(s) number when making your reservation.
• All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
• Hilton Honors Member Dining Benefits or Bonus Points, Conrad VIP Card, gift certificate/voucher and any other special offer/discounts/promotion are not applicable to this purchase.
• Conrad Hong Kong reserves the right to replace the order with alternative item(s) of similar value if the item ordered is unavailable.
