The Dubai Chocolate Bar available at Conrad Hong Kong is prepared in-house by the hotel’s pastry chef Ason. While the trio of Belgian dark chocolate, quality pistachio paste and knafeh (fried shreds of phyllo pastry) are masterfully melded into a bar, their distinct flavours and textures come through in every bite, indulging guests in the gustatory drama between sweetness and umami, smoothness and crunch.
