Guests with reservations made at the special rates for residents of Pacific Place Apartment, In-house guests and Hilton Honors members are required to present verification upon arrival.
Window seats are on first-come-first-serve basis.
For non-window seating reservations, Hotel shall direct guests to a Harbour View guestroom during the firework show.
In case of adverse weather condition or other circumstances that are beyond Hotel’s control, and leading to a cancellation of the firework at least 24 hours prior to the event (raised by the government), Hotel shall arrange refund on the prepayment.
In case of adverse weather condition or other circumstances that are beyond Hotel’s control, and leading to a cancellation of the firework within 24 hours of the event (raised by the government), Hotel shall continue the event and prepayment shall not be refunded.
