• All items need to be consumed on the pick-up/ delivery date.
• Please inform us of any food related allergies when placing your food order.
• Redemption e-Voucher(s) with QR code will be issued when the order is completed. All orders must be redeemed on the selected pick-up/delivery date, time and location specified. Any invalid redemption made will not be accepted.
• All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each order can only be redeemed once. Conrad Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Hilton Honors Food & Beverage discounts, Conrad VIP Card, gift certificate/voucher and any other special offer/discounts/promotion.
