Curated by Chef Riccardo Catarsi, Nicholini’s introduces a brand new dinner menu “A Taste of Summer” using fresh and seasonal produce. Highlights include Hokkaido Scallops with Oyster Sorbet, Sicilian Red Prawn Carpaccio, Pappardelle with Porcini Mushrooms and Slow Cooked Lamb, plus M7 Australian Wagyu Sirloin. Complete the dinner with a choice of homemade Italian dessert.
